This tool automates the lookup. Build a list of target companies, upload it as a CSV, and get publicly visible contact emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles and postal addresses for each domain in one file.

Typical recruiting workflow

1. Build your target company list — Compile company websites from industry directories, LinkedIn company search, Crunchbase, or your ATS. Export as CSV with one domain per row.
2. Upload to the tool — Drop your file on the homepage. Accepted formats: CSV, Excel, plain text. The URL column is detected automatically.
3. Extraction runs — The tool visits each company's website and checks the /contact, /about, /team, /careers, and /staff pages. Up to 10 pages per company, merging all found contacts.
4. Download and use — Get a clean spreadsheet: company name, all emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn URL, and the source page for each contact.

Frequently asked questions

How do recruiters find HR contact emails at target companies?

Upload a CSV of target company domains. The tool crawls each company's site, visits their team, careers and contact pages, and extracts any publicly visible email addresses and phone numbers — returned as a spreadsheet.

Does it find LinkedIn company pages?

Yes. If the company links to their LinkedIn page anywhere on their website, the tool will capture that URL and include it in the output. This makes it easy to find the right LinkedIn profile to continue your outreach.

What if the company has no public email — only a contact form?

The row will show a "not_found" status in the email column. You still get the phone number, address and LinkedIn if available. Some companies — especially larger ones — hide email behind forms. In those cases, the LinkedIn URL in the output is a useful fallback for finding the right person.

How many companies can I process at once?

There is no fixed row limit — it depends on your file size (max 50 MB). A CSV of 500 companies is typically processed in 10–20 minutes. The tool runs 10 domains concurrently. You can close the tab and come back — the job runs in the background.
