โ–ถ Find Outreach Contacts

Upload CSV from Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz ยท No sign-up

The contact-finding step in link building is the bottleneck

Building a list of link prospects from Ahrefs, Semrush or Moz is straightforward. The slow part is finding a real email address for each site. WHOIS lookups are often redacted. Contact forms go unanswered. Manually clicking through each site to find an editor email at scale is tedious.

This tool handles the contact-finding step automatically. Export your prospect list from any SEO tool as a CSV, upload it here, and get emails, phone numbers and social profiles for each domain in one output file.

Link building workflow with this tool

  1. Export your prospect list โ€” From Ahrefs Site Explorer, Semrush Backlink Analytics, or any other tool. You need a column with the referring domain or website URL. Export as CSV.
  2. Upload the file โ€” Drop it on the homepage. The domain column is auto-detected. Accepted: CSV, Excel, TXT.
  3. Contacts are extracted โ€” The tool visits each site and checks /contact, /about, /write-for-us, /advertise, and other relevant pages. Up to 10 pages per domain.
  4. Download and import โ€” Get a spreadsheet with contact emails and social profiles. Import into Pitchbox, BuzzStream, or your email client for outreach.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find webmaster emails from my link prospect list?

Export your prospect list from Ahrefs, Semrush or Moz as CSV. Upload it here. The tool crawls each site, visits the contact, about and guest post pages, and extracts any publicly listed email addresses for each domain.

Can I use this with Ahrefs or Semrush exports?

Yes. Both tools export CSV files with a domain column. Upload that file, confirm the URL column, and the output will have your original data plus the extracted contacts appended โ€” ready to import into Pitchbox or BuzzStream.

What if a site uses a contact form instead of email?

The row will show a "not_found" status in the email column. You still get any social profiles found, which serve as a useful outreach fallback. For link building, the Twitter profile is often more responsive than a generic contact form anyway.

How is this different from Pitchbox or BuzzStream?

Pitchbox and BuzzStream are full outreach platforms โ€” they bundle contact finding with campaign management, email sequencing and reporting. This tool does one thing: extract contacts from a domain list. It is free and has no per-credit limits. Use it to enrich your prospect list before importing into any outreach platform of your choice.
