• You may only extract contact information that is publicly visible on the websites you provide.
• You must have a legitimate purpose for collecting the data (e.g. business outreach, research).
• You may not use the service to collect data for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or interfere with other users.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the extracted data complies with all applicable laws, including data protection laws such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Service availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of results, or completeness of extracted data.

Data retention

Uploaded files and extraction results are automatically deleted after 7 days.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or the data you collect with it.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
