This policy describes what data Bulk Contact Extractor collects, how it is used, and how long it is retained.
When you upload a file, it is stored temporarily on our servers for the duration of the extraction job. The file and all derived results are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Your uploaded data is used solely to run the extraction you requested. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Results are accessible via your unique job URL. Anyone with that URL can access and download the results, so treat it as a private link.
Standard web server logs record IP addresses and request metadata for security and operational purposes. Logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for tracking or profiling.
This service does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any third-party tracking scripts.
Your IP address is used solely to enforce fair-use rate limits (10 requests per hour). It is not stored beyond the current request window.
Since we do not collect personally identifiable information beyond server logs and temporary file storage, there is no persistent profile to access or delete. Uploaded files are deleted automatically within 7 days.
